															‘Yoga for young minds’ is based on the Std. X, ICSE Yoga curriculum, and is a culmination of the lessons gained during the course of two decades of Anahita Sanjana’s teaching experience. This book makes the esoteric concepts of yoga available to young minds in contemporary terms they can relate to, imbibe, and use to build a better relationship with themselves, their friends and their parents. It gives them tools to access an inner resilience and deep-seated peace which can help them retain their mental and emotional balance during challenging situations in life. Anahita Sanjana, a TEDx speaker, has been awarded the ‘Outstanding Educator’ award by the University if Chicago for her impact on teenagers in Mumbai through Yoga. Ms. Sanjana, as she is lovingly called by her students, was introduced to the Sri Aurobindo Society in 1997, and began teaching yoga shortly after that in 1998.
