Stopped for a quick coffee today and got chatting with a lovely young woman — the founder of an event management company. In between sips, she asked what I do, and I shared how we spread Gut Happiness through our wellness brand, HappyGut Company.
She smiled and said, “Oh yes, a lot of people have gut issues. But I’m fine! I’ve actually lost weight — from 67kgs to 54kgs since I moved from Jodhpur to Mumbai and that too without any diet or exercise ; I just don’t feel hungry anymore.
