Skitii is an innovative Emotion AI firm that uses artificial intelligence to identify, analyze, and understand people’s emotions and experiences. Dr. Chirag Jain and Dr. Darshana Jain, Malabar Hill residents, founded Skitii with the goal of producing tools that improve students’ emotional intelligence (EQ) and cognitive intelligence (IQ), opening the way for comprehensive personal growth.
Global Focus Olympiad (GFO)
The Global Focus Olympiad (GFO) is a national-level competition designed to nurture EQ and IQ development in students and is conducted thrice annually.
Participation: In the latest edition, over 30,000 students from 150 schools across 7 states in India participated, representing diverse educational backgrounds, including CBSE, ICSE, international, and state boards.
Selection Process: State Level: 6,500 students advanced to state-level competitions, conducted across 7 centres. National Level: The rigorous selection process culminated in 116 students being chosen for the finals. Finals: The final round was hosted at Manav Mandir School, where the top 10 students were selected after an intense six-month competition.

Origins of Global Focus Olympiad (GFO): The GFO was envisioned by Dr. Chirag and Dr. Darshana Jain in response to the concerning behavioural changes in children following the widespread use of mobile devices. Their extensive research across 10,000 students revealed the impact of technology on emotional well-being and highlighted need for structured emotional development.
Scientific Approach: Dr. Chirag and Dr. Darshana’s pioneering research has utilized advanced tools like EEG (Electro-encephalography) to identify mood-elevating stimuli, such as specific types of music, that can positively influence students’ emotional states.
Leadership and Vision: Dr. Chirag Jain is a trailblazer in psychology, mentioned for his expertise in emotional intelligence. A frequent guest on platforms like CNBC Awaaz, he is noted for his contributions to mental health discourse and activism. Dr. Darshana Jain, has profound understanding of human behaviour and her significant work with students, supports the mission of providing tools and platforms that foster empathy, problem-solving, and lateral thinking. Together they address the mental health difficulties that students face in today’s fast-paced, technologically driven environment. Skitii’s goal focuses on emotional stability and calmness in children’s life, while encouraging parents to explore beyond standard curricula to build complete skill sets in their children.
