Ek Muthi Anaj distributed sweet boxes at three locations this month. All Saints Home, also known as The Shepherd’s Home, is home to almost 60 widows. They also delivered 160 sweet boxes to elderly persons through the Shree Nimesh Tanna Charitable Trust in Bhandup. They presented 70 sweet boxes to inmates of the Ghadge Maharaj Trust in Byculla. All inmates come from all across India to receive treatment at various hospitals in Mumbai.
On Saturday, November 9th, they hosted a breakfast for 350 cancer patients and their families at Ghadge Maharaj Trust in Dadar. Poha, Sheera, Haldi Milk, Biscuits, and Bananas were served. Ek Mutthi anaj is thankful to all their donors for this noble cause.

Ek Mutthi Anaj in October donated 4th wheel chair to a lady who was incapacitated due to polio, hip bone replacement other issues post covid. The joy and happiness on her face expresses her happiness. They also provided two families with ration this month.
Ek Mutthi Anaj donated Anaj and six ceiling fans to Ashray Home which is run by a dedicated couple for differently abled people. It houses 27 inmates.
Last week one generous donor sponsored tiffins for 160 people for two days. Tiffins were delivered through Nimesh Tanna Charitable Trust.

On August 4th, Ek Mutthi Anaj handed the following to Shanti Avedana Hospital, which cares for terminally ill cancer patients. Sugar – 25 kg, Massor Dal – 15 kg, Lobia (chawli) – 10 kg, Under pad – 15 packs, hand soap, and room freshener. Fruits were additionally given as per their requirements.

Last month ‘Ek Muthi Anaj’ delivered note books, school bags, compass boxes etc to Manav Shelter Home, run and managed by Saad Foundation. This foundation shelters 35 street kids who are enrolled in various schools nearby. On 6th July they visited three schools in the tribal areas of Palghar and delivered musical instruments like harmonium, tabla and dholak, cricket kits, badminton rackets with shuttle cocks, rings, frisbee, skipping ropes, chess, lazim and carrom boards. Also note books were delivered as per their needs.
The third leg of distribution of school books, stationary etc was conducted on 4th July. Ek Muthi Anaj along with Shri Nimesh Tanna Charitable Trust distributed to school kids of the tribal areas of Dahanu and Palghar. Raincoats, School Bags, Stationary and Books were distributed to students. Snacks were also provided. Almost 800 kids were the beneficiaries of this distribution.
On 20th July, they arranged breakfast for 350 cancer patients and their families at Ghadge Maharaj Trust, Dadar. The donor family was there to personally serve the needy.
An unfortunate incident happened at the Ghadge Maharaj Dharamshala. Due to the slippery floor one lady had a fall but luckily she didn’t sustain any injury. The gate is such that it can give way anytime. Ek Muthi Anaj decided to put a proper tarpaulin to cover the entrance area and also rubber mat on the floor leading to stairs from the gate and then further to the stair going upstairs. Matting was also be put near the lift area. The work was completed instantly.

Ek Mutthi Anaj on 15th June arranged breakfast for 350 cancer patients and their families at Ghadge Maharaj Trust, Dadar. The donors were present to personally serve the food.
Ek Muthi Anaj has begun the distribution of school stationery, and other items, which will continue for some time. They, together with the Shri Nimesh Tanna Charitable Trust, gave them to students of the tribal villages of Dahanu and Palghar. Raincoats, school bags, stationery, and books were supplied to these students. Snacks were also served. They covered approximately 1000 students. The second part of this distribution of school books, stationery, and other items took place on Saturday, June 22nd, to another 1000 students.
Again on 22nd June, Ek Muthi Anaj arranged breakfast for 350 cancer patients and their families at Ghadge Maharaj Trust, Dadar. The donor family present to serve the food.

Ek Muthi Anaj on 1st May delivered about 150 kgs of grains to Shanti Avedna, Bandra, a hospital for terminally ill cancer patients. The grains consist of Rice, Aatta, Daal (3/4 types) and Amul tetra pack milk.
On 18th May they arranged breakfast for 350 cancer patients and their families at Ghadge Maharaj Trust, Dadar. Donor family personally served the needy.
On 19th May, they distributed caps to the gardeners of Hanging Gardens. In all 55 caps were given with the blessings of our Naru Uncle (Narendra Suchde), the oldest member of Hanging Garden walkers.

On 7th April, Ek Muthi Anaj delivered to Shanti Avedna hospital, which houses terminally ill cancer patients the following:
1. Oxygen Concentrator.
2. Sanitary pads.
3. About 50 kgs of Anaj consisting of Aata, Rice, Dal and Oil.
Ek Muthi Anaj arranged breakfast for 350 cancer patients and their families at Ghadge Maharaj Trust, Dadar, for 3 days last month on 11th April, 13th & 27th April.
On 20th April, Ek Muthi Anaj arranged for lunch (Aamras – poori, vegetables, daal and rice) at Vatsalya foundation for about 60 children. Vatsalya foundation houses street children who are enrolled in the government schools nearby.
On 23rd April, Ek Muthi Anaj courtesy a generous donor, sponsored 160 Tiffins which are provided by Shri Nimesh Tanna Trust, Mulund on a daily basis. The food is prepared by all women volunteers and is delivered to needy old people in and around Mulund.
