Medicine cures Nature heals

Millions of moons back, before the industrialization, man was ne-tuned with nature, slept in the lap of mother earth, woke up under the sky and the blessings of the sun, listening to the chirping of the birds, breathing in fresh oxygen from the trees, working throughout the day, being a farmer and ploughing the fields, seeding the right crop and yielding the right vegetables, fruits, grains, herbs, condiments and nuts, seeds dry fruit out of it.

Man was in tune, man was immune, man was healthy because health was the way of life. Plucking food from the farms and trees was the way children grew. Children were healthy, they grew up to be healthy grownups and the healthy grownups would gracefully age without disease and simply pass away in the quietness of the later years of life.

However, industrialization disrupted this balance. Food became processed, stripped of its natural life energy and loaded with artificial additives. Thus, its vibrancy and the life force were altered and compromised.
Natural food was added with flavours, colours, preservatives and most importantly, aroma’s which is all artificial. This gave rise to modern diseases, allergies, asthma, cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes. Man started eating animals too.
Degeneration of human’s happened and it proliferated. To remind us back of the ancient olden wisdom, where man not just thrived and survived but nourished and flourished with plant-based diet, which is the clean and green way of life.
In order to preserve phytonutrients and micronutrients in our food, the purest water from the earth’s water tables and banks must be used. Together, sunshine is very important as it provides us with the essential vitamin. Similarly, atmospheric oxygen and the motion of the stars and planets, allow us to absorb the wisdom and intelligence of the cosmos as it grows over the course of many months and years.
Adopting a plant-based diet also benefits the planet. The UN’s Climate Change 2022 report highlights its potential to reduce carbon footprints, conserve land, and mitigate climate change.
From an environmental and health perspective, it’s a powerful solution. Lifestyle problems such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, gut issues all of it can be easily managed,
reversed and healed once we start looking at the causes in our lifestyle that have in the first place causes it and mostly common lifestyle issue being food we consume on day to day basis. The more we look at eating clean and plant based, the less toxins we put into our body, the more nutrients we add and the
best part is, we feed the good micro biome in our gut which then produce compounds that help to manage all the health issues. Plant based foods provide fiber, antioxidants, minerals and all the good stuff our cells need to feel safe and thrive which in turn helps us to overcome our health problems. Plant based
wholesome foods are also brimming with life which add more life and positivity to our body, mind and soul.
Food, as well as tuning with nature around us is also vital. “Medicine cures” refers to the active use of drugs or medical techniques to prevent or manage disease. Surgery removes dangerous growths, antibiotics fight infections, and treatments control long-term illnesses. These are vital and frequently life
saving, offering prompt and focused remedies for medical issues.
The phrase “nature heals” refers to the body’s slower, more subdued healing and regeneration process when it is supported by natural forces. Sustainable health depends on a variety of factors, including clean water, sunlight, fresh air, wholesome food, rest, and emotional equilibrium. Nature improves mood, strengthens the immune system, and lowers stress. For example, studies have demonstrated that taking a
walk in a forest can increase mental clarity and reduce cortisol levels.
The two are not opposites but complementary forces. Medicine addresses the crisis; nature maintains the balance. A person recovering from surgery will heal faster and more completely in a peaceful, green environment with nutritious meals and emotional support.
In essence, while medicine is a catalyst for cure, nature is the ground where healing takes root and flourishes. A truly holistic approach to health embraces both.
