WITH HER:An Evening That Celebrates Young Talent
This October, Mumbai has an
opportunity to come together not just to watch young dancers perform, but to support them as they take an
important firt step into the
professional world. Junoon Foundation presents WITH HER, its third production, at the Royal Opera House, Mumbai, on Thursday, 8 October 2026.
What makes thi s production particularly special is the participation of the Junoon Junior Dance Company — a group of young dancers stepping onto a professional stage for the first time. For these young artists, this is more than a performance. It is an opportunity to experience what it means to create, rehearse & perform as professionals, and to have their talent recognized and encouragd. The production brings together five different dance forms, creating an evening that celebrates movement, expression and the extraordinary potential of young performers.
But the purpose goes beyond the stage. The proceeds from WITH HER contribute towards the artistic development of dancers at the Junoon Academy in Dhasa, Gujarat, as well as initiatives supporting rural communities. By attending, audiences are therefore doing more than buying a ticket — they are helping create opportunities for young talent and contributing to a larger ecosystem of artistic and community development.
A call to the Malabar Hill community: Mumbai has always been a city that recognizes and nurtures talent. As a community, we have the opportunity to show our young people that their hard work matters — that their first professional opportunity deserves an audience,
encouragement and applause.
So, to families, schools, cultural enthusiasts, art lovers and residents of Malabar Hill and South Mumbai: come, bring your children, invite your friends, and fill the Royal Opera House with your support for these young performers. 8 October 2026, 6:30 pm, Royal Opera House, Mumbai. Tickets: Rs 1,100. Tickets can be booked here: https://junoonart.com/book-show/booking.php
Let’s not just watch young talent grow. Let’s show up for it.
