Sia- Rahul, my sister Rinki bakes yummilicious cakes and makes delectable chocolates. Rinki wants to showcase her talents to the world, along with earning a buck or two. Maybe by starting a chocolate and cake business! hmm.. but how does she convey this to the world, Rahul?
Rahul- Oh wow that’s great! Rinki is surely skilled. Why doesn’t she try ADVERTISING?
Sia – ADVERTISING? What’s that? Never heard of the word before!
Rahul – Well, advertising is just a simple, effective technique that can be used to promote any new idea, products or services.
Sia – Oh! Sounds interesting. Plz tell me more.
Rahul – Well there are several ways in which Rinki can advertise. She can do so on social media like Instagram, Facebook. She can send a direct mail to people. She can try radio, podcast, television broadcast too. If she likes Out Of Home advertising, she can opt for billboards, banners. Starting a blog, hosting a webinar, running a contest are some exciting ways too. Oh ya, print advertisement has a great impact on readers too. Magazines and newspapers advertisements are very effective.

Hey kids, would you like to help Sia create a print advertisement for Rinki’s business? Yes! Why wait then? I am giving you a few tips on how to create one advertisement.
1) Take a A4 size paper. 2) Your product is Chocolates and cakes. 3) Think of a tagline. 4)Create some colourful illustrations along with the product’s features and benefits. 5) Add loads of relevant information of the seller such as contact details, email, website.
