Blame it all on Covid and the vaccine?? Seriously!!It’s Time to Take Responsibility

Tushar Prabhoo December 28, 2024 2 minutes read

As a Gut Wellness Coach, I’ve noticed an alarming trend: people blaming COVID-19 and vaccines for a host of health issues. While the virus and its aftermath did disrupt our lives, it’s essential to address the real culprit behind many post-COVID lifestyle ailments—our choices and habits.
The pandemic introduced a new normal, but not all of it was healthy. Sedentary lifestyles became widespread as work-from-home setups eliminated daily movement. Dependency on cell phones skyrocketed, with Instagram, TikTok, and endless scrolling replacing meaningful activities. This digital overload hasn’t just hurt our posture and eyesight—it’s deeply impacted our mental and physical health, leading to increased stress, anxiety, and even digestive issues.
